Introduction to Mindfulness Live Course
This class is held for 75 minutes once a week for four weeks. The class teaches basic mindfulness background and practices. You will learn how to create anchors into the present moment, how to set up a regular practice, how to use mindfulness to work with thoughts and feelings and you will be introduced to heart practices.

DAY OF MINDFULNESS EVENT
Perhaps you already have a basic grounding in mindfulness and are more interested in experiencing an entire day immersed in mindfulness. You can book a day of mindfulness for your small group which will be 6.5 hours of mindfulness practice to include focus on one mindfulness theme, teaching on the topic, guided practices and group sharing .
